Their flower collection was amazing. The associate help me I think her name was Renee, she was great. Overall, it is a great store for varieties collection of flowers and cards. I especially like their service and the price.

Thank you for always adding lovely lights during the holiday season. You light up Orchard Lake and bring the holiday spirit to all. We don't have much places to shop to decorate our homes and having your business that accommodates even high school corsages we appreciate you. Keep up the good work and keep staffing since they keep your store shining.

I felt immense disappointment today when my son tried to pick up his homecoming corsage and boutonniere. Not only were there multiple mistakes, including the wrong color, but they also accused him of ordering incorrectly. Instead of owning up to their errors due to being overwhelmed with customers, they unjustly blamed my son. It's disheartening to see his special homecoming experience begin on such a negative note. I just wanted to share this with our community. I wish it was the first time it happened.

While it is not the largest of the location, you will find choices of the items you want or stuff you didn't know you wanted and had to get. I have been here at Christmas time, spring and summer and found a friendly helpful staff that number enough to give good customer service unlike the big box store. While those places can beat this local chain in price, they can't beat them in customer service, quality of product and select. 2ways in, off of Maple using the bank entrance and directly off of Orchard Lake. Plenty of parking. Will be back.

Great selection of plants/shrubs and garden accessories. Pricey but the plants/shrubs are always healthy and they provide a return warranty. Can always count on being able to find some unique plants not carried by other nurseries.

All of the staff too busy to have a cashier help customers!!!! I asked a woman if she could cash me out and she responded rudely with I 'm on the phone. I did say excuse me before asking my question. Obviously, that was more important than taking in money for purchases. KINDNESS RULES ALWAYS!!!

Very cool plant shop! Tons of selection for indoor plants and outdoor plants. Trees, shrubs, houseplants, perennials, yard decorations, pots, seasonal supplies, etc. So much to offer! The staff is also very helpful.

What a great experience!!! The customer service was unbelievable and the quality of selection and product availability is not surpassed by many. A super big thanks to Marie the Nursery Department Manager - the courtesy and kindness shown took the her professionalism to another level. Thank you - Thank you!!! She took her time and called another location to help us find our garden decor we were looking for!!!! Just Awesome!!!
