Have been parking here for 3 years as a monthly customer. Wonderful and warm service. The team is always very helpful and quick with getting the car. I feel like my car is in great hands. Thank you Sam, Paul, Luis, Jose, Emmanuel, and Daniel.

The best staff! Friendly and caring, I’ve seen random people be rude to them and they keep their cool. Be kind!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! They lie and over charge and the people their are extremely disrespectful! You will pay 60$ for an hour and they wont let you know before u park!

These people charge $25 for only 30 minutes of parking. Don't let them scam you!

It was awesome experience to park your car at Edison parkfast @NYC They do velvet parking lol. They hold the car key and you will get it once you paid the ticket, everything is digital pay with this parking spot. Safe yet too pricey! However its less hassle and safe as doyers street is so hard to get parking and every where is so expensive to park your car. On addition you are lucky to get the spot first!

Younger parking attendant was super rude. Parking place messed up by not giving me a ticket when I parked- when I parked the attendant seemed in a rush so must have forgotten to give me a ticket. Upon picking my car up I had to prove it was my car for 15 minutes because of their mistake. After proving it was my car, attendant worked on moving other cars rather than mine. Waited another 10 minutes before I gave up on waiting and asked for my keys so I could move my car myself. Attendant was super disrespectful and said I wouldn’t be able to do it myself and very condescendingly told me I don’t know how to move my own car. Got my keys and hit my car and got the car free within 30 seconds and he had nothing to say. Also, parking rates make zero sense- I parked for 4 hours but had to pay the same amount as I would if I parked for 12 hours?

When I parked here they should have been transparent about the "oversized vehicle" extra charge. My car actually fits in compact car spaces its only top heavy, however they still charged me the extra charge for it being "oversized". In addition I payed to just park here too. Would recommend to ask them for their opinion of your car size before parking.
