Bad service, lack in employees big delay in results testing.
Fast service. They always answer the phone and you can also text them via whatsapp which I find very convenient. I went there for the medical test before traveling. I finished everything quickly. The place looks very neat. But the lab technician that took my blood test wasn't even wearing a lab coat. She was in her regular clothing. And sadly there is no respect for privacy. They collect your personal information in front of everyone.
I had an extrusion in l5 s1 and coudln't take the pain and i stayed for 34 mins in the MRI scanner.
Too much pain i couldn't handle i almost fainted.
They should've give me pain killer or morphine shot so that i could take the pain.

We visited Cema and my husband did and Xray for hus neck . When we arrived 4 girls were talking and lauphing at the reception and non of them look at us to ask what we have ... we stood still for like 3 minutes then i told them hello we are here .. until one of them asked what we have 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Did the PCR they told me within 24 hours it has been 25 hours ( all other labs in lebanon send u the result late at night ) i woke up and started calling no answer for over an hour, all extentions are not ansewring also

In short, Cema is the most advanced center in Lebanon. Was really impressed with the overall service. The staff is fully dedicated and highly qualified. The quality of the equipment is unparalleled. The timely test results and the ability to check them online is amazing. Keep it up Cema!
