I'm sorry I ate it to fast but my whopper was fresh off the grill and it was cheese all over the place geez this was amazing next time imma grab a photo 🤣🤣😂😂 amazing guys

These guys are so shady, always slipping in an "optional" substitution then it's $2 extra when you pay.

Example:
"I'll take a breakfast croissant and a hash brown ($3.99)"

"Ok a meal?

"No I don't drink coffee"

"Ohhhh don't worrrrrrrrrrry, you can substitute orange juice 'no problem'!"

"Ok well I guess it's only $2 more, sure"

*Slide card in*

"That'll be $8.15! "

"Huh? It says $5.99"

"Ohhhhhh well you see it's extra for orange juice!"

"You don't think that's worth mentioning when you told me I could substitute?"

"‍ maybe, I don't know, lol"

"You need to mention that when you offer a substitution"

It's not the price, it's the way they're *always* like this, every time

Far be it from me to actually recommend McDonald’s, but way easier, less shady, and right about the same stuff!

I had Chicken sandwich and it never disappoint. Burger King's chicken sandwich is the best I have had so far and the fries is just perfect 🤤 for my taste

I only give 2 stars because the staff is friendly and seems to be doing what they can with what they have.

The food is absolutely horrible! You would be better off just going to Casey's and getting a pizza. Bottom line.... The management is horrible and cheap. It's a shame because a fresh whopper made correctly is probably the best fast food burger you can get, but not so good with rotten vegetables and stale buns like this BK does.

Mediocre service is the best thing I could say about this location. I got an impossible whopper combo = Fries were not fresh and over salted, the whopper itself was okay but sloppily put together, everything was falling out and my drink cup was not filled all way. Shameful to be a "new" location, especially downtown. Don't waste your money.

It is wonderful to have a burger King in this part of town. I remember when it opened a few years ago how excited I was that I could get chicken fries during my lunch break. The food was always fresh and quick. The owner will often be there working and making sure things run smoothly!

First time trying the impossible Whopper in drive thru. Tasty, but even in an insulated container the warmth didn't survive 2 miles in light traffic. The burger was good the fries were cold. Would eat again, but onsite.

Let's start with the pros. The service was good and the food was fresh and hot. They seemed to be preparing orders in the order they were taken and no one seemed to be waiting a ridiculous amount of time (even during lunch hour). Now the cons; they have NO shakes or ice cream (despite them being on the menu). At least not yet. Hopefully they plan on getting that together soon. Second, they just had bags of buns sitting open on the counter between the register and the toaster which I thought wasn't the best set up. They should implement a better storage solution for that. Lastly, I ordered 2 cookies since they had no shakes. The cashier pulled out a pouch of cookies from a clear bin and bagged them for me. They were not only not fresh, but hard as a brick! I didn't even eat them. Again, hoping this gets better with time as well. Overall, I see that they are trying and it is nice to have a BK in the area. I will be back, just not any time soon. I will give this place some time to work out the kinks and get the error out of the trial.
