My experience of the Q skip with KFC is horrible, why have a q skip if you can't do what it meant for. I order a meal and came after 30min just to wait for my meal.
This busy store is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and the food tastes good. .
Not my first choice,but unfortunately this is the only shop between Stellenbosch and Vredenburg,chicken I had in my wrap was very dry,the cashier's are normally very unfriendly,abrupt,toilets are always very clean,please keep it up, people had to quee outside the door on weekends due to there are to few cashier's and the waiting time for orders is too long,ordering on the internet is very bad,it does not pick up the store if you are 5 kilometres away,I tried on Friday while i was in front of the store and it didn't go through ,the sore require more inside tables,my observations show me that people wants to eat in but the tables were to little,the drive in are also very full at time,that force clients to use to order inside,my general feeling is that either to little staff is available,or go little equipment is available to cater for prime times,et Friday and Saturday
I would like to say Thank you to Misa for her excellent customer service.I encountered a small problem but the issue was immediately adressed and resolved.
I wonder if you could tell me from this image what's missing on my deluxe brekkie box. This is not the first, second, third time they got my order wrong. It's starting to become a regular occurrence. I don't have to check my order every time before I leave the drive thru. Please inform your staff to know their menu
I make the trip from the West Coast to Cape Town and back everyday for work and so do my workers and needless sometimes things spill over late and we have to buy food on the road to take home.
I was very dissapointed last night with the quality of food and the quantity being told the pap was finished etc.
I paid R300 for meals I really feel was not worth my while stopping for. I am not happy but I know they try, but still, they should technically always get it right. The staff where visibly tired but still very cordial and friendly and one could see they tried their best, but I suspose it is then an issue of where they are overwelmed and to busy.

We stopped for dessert on our way home. We enjoyed our KitKat and Brownie ice creams. Just wish the place was a bit cleaner and we always wonder why it is that when staff go on their well deserved lunch breaks they do not have a proper canteen to relax? Why would they want to sit between waiting customers and othe diners enjoying KFC
Nice drive through on the N7 whilst traveling. Moatly good service & food. Very convenient.
