Pennsylvania is a very beautiful state. The nittany lion is in a very beautiful spot.
One of the best places on campus to get your picture taken. That being said, don't wait until too close to graduation or yours where everyone wants to see the Lion.
Awesome seen some of the wrestlers walking around … very respectful young men and women.
I’m a big Dawg fan (Georgia) but was fortunate enough to go to the “white out” game this year (2023). This is a very cool place !!!!! State College is a great town. I’d highly recommend going if you haven’t been. I was lucky enough to have friends invite me to go. Really beautiful place !!!!!
Great spot for a picture and to learn about the Penn State symbol history
Don't leave State College without taking a picture at the Lion's Shrine.
A nice place to have some memories during PSU visit. Kids gonna enjoy it quite a lot to grab some pictures with the ICONIC lion statue. Parking spot is limited and other people are always waiting in the queue to come in!! Stop by, take photos, have fun.
Penn State University main campus is one of my favorite places to wonder around and forget about everything!!
If you are a Penn State fan you have to visit this iconic statue. At time you will stand in line to have your picture captured as you straddle the lion. It is nice at night time with the lighting they added. There is a small pay parking lot right next to it, otherwise you can park in the parking lot behind it.
THE symbol of the university!! A place where every Penn State student goes a least once a week in my opinion, the shrine is so beautiful and there are so many occasions to take pictures there!! Easy to find and always taken care of, it's really an amazing spot in the campus!!
Iconic Penn State statue. Really well taken care of. If you are graduating make sure you go days before graduation day to take a picture with it because it will get crazy crowded.
