Nice atmosphere with beatiful view to the Vitosha mountain, staff was kind and prepared my order quickly, the Chai latte and the sandwich were delicious.
Coffee from the Starbucks chain, which could be significantly better both in terms of hygiene and service, and the food/coffee consumed. It seems that the manager of the establishment is having difficulties in finding solutions for the quality of the service offering.
Pumpkin spice latte and iced pumpkin cream late are the same.. and not good. Waffle was awful
This Starbucks has the best location with a beautiful mountain view, but the staff destroys everything with their bad attitude! The AC is not working in the summer which makes you feel very uncomfortable and not upon European standards …

Really nice place for all family. Different drinks and snacks in menu. There are also different chairs and various tables for adults and kids. There is also a smoking area, it’s divided with a glass wall from the rest of the caffe.
