If you're looking for guidance on residential solar or anything related, start here! This is just a fantastic company. We worked with the owner, Marcus, to get solar on our new house. He got us a great price (better than three other competitors), advised us along every part of the process, was very responsive, and just interesting to talk to. Wonderful customer service all around. The company does more than just consult on solar, and I hope to reach out soon for consultation on other sustainable projects for our home, like converting my lawns into ecologically/environmentally beneficial resources.
Sustainable You has been excellent. We’ve been working with Travis and he has been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We have felt very confident getting solar panels knowing he can help us with any questions. Also, so helpful to be able to have all details in one place with Travis connecting us to an installer, a bank for a loan, setting up the SREC account, etc. We would highly recommend Sustainable You.
I didn't know much about DC's free solar program, but Marcus was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was available whenever I had questions, and we're so happy to now have solar power! I would highly recommend Sustainable You to anyone in DC who is interested in free solar.
We had a fantastic time getting solar. There is a ton of licensing, permits, connection to PEPCO, schematics, and plans to sort through. Marcus was quick to respond and walked us through every step in the process. We’re live and now we get to fulfill the dream as urban farmers - harvesting the power of the sun.
My experience with Sustainable You has been excellent so far. Marcus and his team were informative throughout the entire process, educating me about the pros & cons etc. The installation was also similarly excellent, with post install, they continue to be attentive offering guidance. Thanks Sustainable You
Travis was fantastic from start to finish! So knowledgeable on solar technology, permitting process, incentives, rebates, the whole process! I have met with a few Solar reps and by far Travis is the best. Open and honest about the whole process, from DIY to contractor install. Couldn’t be more pleased with the overall outcome and thanks again! Go solar, it’s so worth it!!!
My experience with this company was great!. The representative Travis was very professional, polite and courteous. I loved the fact that he followed up on the day of the installation and continued to check in 2 weeks later to see if I have any questions or concerns. When you have someone that cares about the customer as he does, I’ll always referred others. Looking for to reaping the benefits of having Sola Panels!
My experience with Advanced Solar has been excellent. I was contacted by Travis Richardson, who explained the options to install the system on my membrane roof, including the size of the system and the incentives established the Government. He also connected me with the financing institution. The installation took place in one day, and permits were requested by Advanced Solar. All in all a very friendly and exciting experience. I highly recommend to have the system installed and use the services of Advanced Solar. The patience and respectful way they dealt with me, a Senior Citizen, not very keen on IT, has been outstanding! And I am now a proud owner of a green energy solution! Go for it!!!
