Joyful Palace

My son loves it here. We also did his birthday party here. The staff is very nice

My children and nephews love this place. It is clean and it's a friendly place. I especially appreciate the staff walking into the play area periodically to keep watch for anything that seems out of order. They are attentive in that way. It is a convenient place where families can come and have some fun. Yes I recommend this place.

Took my daughter two times already, and they have added two new additions since the last time we’ve been there. It’s definitely a great place for a great price. If you need a locker they’ll charge you automatically for it and when you bring the key back they’ll give you back $2. All staff are friendly and they do somewhat patrol for cleanliness. 10/10 both times

It’s great place for kidz to enjoy .. we all enjoyed a lot .. gud prize money.. n great place where kidz can play for hours .. will visit back soon .. with kidz u can remind your own childhood …

Go from time to time with my daughter. It’s a nice atmosphere and they keep it clean. I would recommend this place for parents with small children for indoor play. They added new activities recently.

I love this place, I bring my 2 year old every week and it’s always clean and have so many things he can play with.. the staff is very professional.

Hugeeeee indoor playground! My daughter loved it here! They have staff making sure the guidelines are being followed and they even have private rooms for your little ones birthday party 🥳

Hosting my daughter's first birthday party at this indoor playground in Queens was an absolute delight. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful, and we couldn't have been happier.

The staff at the playground were exceptional in every way. Their friendliness and attentiveness made the event run smoothly and put us at ease. They went above and beyond to ensure that both the kids and the adults had a great time.

One standout feature of this indoor playground is its affordability. In a city where costs can quickly add up, it's refreshing to find a place that offers both an enjoyable experience and budget-friendly options for families.

In conclusion, our experience at this indoor playground was fantastic, and it's easy to see why we loved it. The friendly staff, combined with its affordability, make it an excellent choice for hosting events or simply enjoying quality time with family and friends. Highly recommended!
