This is the ideal happy hour spot for coworkers, friends, or family! I planned a work happy hour at RP, and all my teammates were raving about how fun the event was. It is such a fun environment, and the service is there to support you having a great time. I had a last minute scheduling issue, and the team was very understanding and willing to work with me to get things fixed. Thank you for a wonderful time!
Very fun place. It can sometimes get really busy and crowded, but the atmosphere is enjoyable even when waiting for a shuffleboard court. I would recommend. Be sure to go with a group of four or more because they prioritize groups of that size if its busy.
Well this was a quirky place where u can play shuffle board the drinks were fantastic an tasty but wow look at this wallpaper 😍 very pink grab a cocktail 🍸
We went here for a work party. Playing shuffleboard for my first time was a lot of fun. Very cool that they have different food trucks pull up for food options. Upstairs bar has a lovely view of Milwaukee and the CTA.
Make a night of it. Lots to do and see inside. The flamingo wall in the bathroom was beautiful!!Great service and cocktails as well. Definitely a fun place!

This place has a great vibe and is fun to hangout at even if you’re not playing shuffleboard. There’s a rooftop and indoor space, and I always enjoy the music they play.
I would like to give a special shout out to John. He provided excellent service last night and calmly explained to us why we couldn’t bring in outside food, and we ended up having a fun conversation. He made us feel like valued customers.

Our first visit to this establishment. We came in to check it out after having a great lunch next door ar Cheval.
We have never played shuffle board before and we didn't this time. It was more an exploratory mission and was interesting and pleasing to say the least. My wife and I had a couple of drinks and watched some people play. Good atmosphere, great music.
I dont drink and the bartender was very friendly and helpful showing me what nonalcoholic drinks they had. I chose a peach lemonade and tea drink that was great.
We plan on returning with another couple to play shuffleboard and maybe check out the food truck they arrange to come to the place.. If not we/you can always check out Cheval next door and then stop by at this place like we did today.
Great experience!

I enjoyed my time at Royal Palms. Wouldn’t be opposed to going back but probably won’t go out of my way to visit. It would definitely be a fun, memorable way to celebrate something with a group of people. Or if people are coming in from out of town.
Went on a Saturday night at 8pm. Took 2 hours to get a lane, but as to be expected during peak time. It would be a lot nicer if the music was quieter. My group was trying to find a table that wasn’t directly under a speaker but there were no such pockets. You definitely have to yell to be heard, which I hate. The music made it feel like we were in a club. I think the atmosphere could be just as fun with better volume control.
The drinks were yummy and there was a “food truck” serving tacos. I was pleasantly surprised by my veggie taco. I do wish there were more food options — perhaps shareables, appetizer style.
There are lots of big games (jenga, connect 4, etc) to fill the time while you’re waiting. Even on a Saturday night, it wasnt too packed. Sadly we only got a lane for 30 mins and it went by very quickly. It was also about $1/minute, so maybe it’s best as an activity where you split the cost with more people. We were also expecting to have bar service while we were at the lane, but our server didn’t come up to us until we only had about 5-10 mins left.
We spent about 3 hours there. The food truck closed around 10:30pm which is a bummer. We weren’t made aware when the food would no longer be available, so we left to go elsewhere for tacos.

Great spot for groups, parties or just to hang out at the bar. The shuffle board is fun and the team does a good job explaining the rules and take care of your drinks while playing. They have a good selection of drinks and mocktails as well. The dj played some good tunes.
Went there for 3 hours company party, ended up spending 6 hours and wanted to stay longer.
