In my opinion the nicest looking embassy in DC. I like the statue, the nice brick building, and the façade. Unfortunately I did not get to go in as it was closed. The country itself looks amazing based on what I saw online and the flag’s design is beautiful. I will definitely be going to Kazakhstan someday as it is one of the countries on my bucket list. I will see you sometime around, Kazakstan!

Recently I contacted the Kazakh embassy regarding a school project. Almost instantly the attentive staff responded very well, and they made sure that I was taken well care of.

I thank the embassy staff, specifically Mr. Zhussip Orynbay, for helping me out and making this idea a reality!

Called at night to find out about visa requirements to enter Kazakhstan two month ago, agent who worked at night didn’t speak English a bit and had trouble communicating with him. At least hire somebody who speaks English.

I don’t even know where to start. Customer service is horrible, the guy who answered the phone on 127 dial extension was extremely rude, raised his voice, didn’t even try to listen to you. Your email is not functional either, the only time they accept the calls is between 3-5pm and you are lucky if they even answer you.

Update: They called us back ONLY after we left a complaint. Long story short, our questions were answered.

Very quick and courteous service. The person who helped me even gave a reproduction of a monument in Nur-Sultan to my son, and taught us a word in Kazakh. Couldn't ask for better service!
