Dr Hoang treated me and i was very pleased. She explained everything very well. She showed genuine care and concern for my health.
They have such a great team. I went here for years, had to leave because of insurance, and came back as soon as I was able. Always a pleasant experience with them.
I have seen two different PCPs at Comprehensive Primary Care. Both have treated me with respect, listened carefully to my concerns and answered all my questions thoughtfully and completely. I have recommended Caitlin at CPC to several of my friends and will continue to do so. I am extremely happy with the care I receive here.
I’ve consistently received high quality care in my 3 years going to CPC. I especially want to shoutout Caitlin Cunningham who has been the most empathetic and efficient provider I’ve had to date.
If I could literally give them negative stars then I would. I’ve gone here for years, but have finally found a new PCP because they are unbelievably incompetent here. It should not be that hard to get prescriptions refilled or get in touch with any actual doctor (of which they barely have any). The front desk is wildly unhelpful, the office is terrible, and I have shared far and wide to my friends in DC not to go there when they’re looking for a new PCP. Literally the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I gave them 2 stars because the staff is great and friendly but the location and quality of communication were subpar.
It is obvious they cater to a demographic that does not have insurance, which is great if you do not have insurance but can be a hassle and difficult for people with insurance. Also, parking there is AWFUL and they have no system to help patients out with parking or a heads up that on Mondays and Tuesdays half of the parking is unavailable due to street sweeping. The last thing I would say is be very specific and clear about your follow up appointments. The office will not tell you if you need to fast or even what your follow up is for so you could come in and end up wasting an entire appointment because you weren't fasted because you did not know.

Wonderful experience! I would give them more stars if I could. What makes them stand out is how PLEASANT (yes, I said PLEASANT) it was interacting with each and every member of the staff I talked to. The doctor, the receptionist, the intake nurse, the phlebotomist . . . every single one of them smiled and actively engaged me. You know how sometimes you go to the doctor and it just feels like you're in a factory? Polar opposite experience here - I felt seen and heard. Even the people passing by in the hallway smiled and told me to have a good weekend.
I would strongly recommend them. Not that I'm looking for a reason to go back to a doctor's office, but if I have to, this is where I will be. And if anyone from the clinic is reading this, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Very happy with my recent visit. Felt sick at work and left at 2pm. Called the office on my way home and they were able to get me an appointment at 2:45pm. Immediately received a strep test (positive) and was able to order and pick up my Rx before 5pm that day!
