James was an awesome waiter. He went above and beyond to meet all of our needs during my birthday. Even got me some candles for my cake that we forgot to bring. The food was amazing. We had egg Benedict, steaks, burgers, sliders, salmon, sushi, pot stickers, brainiac pull apart and everything was amazing.
We frequent this restaurant about twice a year. The food quality is consistent and some entrees are better than others. Recommend the steak meat balls. Our server, Shae, was phenomenal. One of the best in 5 years of visiting.
This place was incredibly mid. I feel bad leaving a poor review because they’re clearly understaffed, but it was just not very good. The appetizer (avocado egg rolls) and dessert (butter cake) were very good, but our dinner was not. It took forever and was horrendously overpriced. It’s criminal to take 45 minutes and charge $20 for a sushi roll that is all rice and looks like this.
Kona Grill is one of my favorite places to eat. My wife and I make the trip periodically to Bridge Street and usually eat there.
One of our favorites is the Poke Bowl. These are absolutely delicious. They put the perfect amount of many different ingredients that all balance out perfectly.
If not in the mood for sushi, I personally also love their Kona Burger and Chicken Satay. Both are phenomenal!

I came to Kona Grill while visiting the area with my oldest daughter and it was amazing. From the start Nicole was pleasant, friendly, and showed her expertise when it comes to customer service. This is big for me and I love someone who can do it naturally, with a packed restaurant! When I come back , I’m asking for her, lol! Oh, plus we sat my the kitchen and the staff worked quickly and proficiently. Thank you for the great service! Please keep it up!
ThIs was a decent place but unfortunately a little overpriced for the quality. For myself and hubby we spent 150 plus a tip. I didn't even get the steak! But it was good. Place got packed while we were there for dinner so if you are looking for a quiet romantic spot go early or find somewhere else! Again, decent atmosphere, good service and food just a little pricey for the quality.
Food is awesome!! We loved this dining experience! Calamari was delicious as were shrimp tacos! Fabian was our server and was exceptional and very attentive! We love the kids bento box, as well. The grilled chicken in the bento box was yum!
Food was delicious, always is. Service was horrible under new management. Waiter was inexperienced and on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Only took our drink order and appetizer. Disappeared after another table complained to waiter and management. After getting a pat on the back and a manager hug he disappeared for 20 minutes. We had to get our own drinks from the bar and order main course to go from bar. When he finally showed up he brought the check for the drinks we served ourselves and the appetizer. Manager fully aware of situation, never talked to us or offered services. Mistakes happen, but it’s managements responsibility to kick in a support staff.
