Visiting a witness and had never realized this park was so close to JFK. A little noisy at times with the airport so close, but a tranquil small park with a sizable pond. A mini oasis.
A great park to have an permit required event. They rarely bother you after 9pm if you have the music low and are acting civilized.
I haven't been there for 2 years and so the upgrade it's easy to maneuver onto and around the park. Love it.
This park has a nice play area and a good variety of options. The options are monkey bars, swing, water sprinklers, basketball court, etc. It also has great aesthetics with the pond. The sound of the water flowing is really soothing.
They are improving the park at this time. Looks like it will be nice once finished.

Spacious picnic area...great for family get togethers to have barbecue and social events. Clean bathrooms. Kids playground. Good parking. Family had great birthday celebration there with DJ and cookout.
