What a great place. You can do a beer tasting by choosing your own five beers. If you like them or not is up to you.

Atmosphere is great. Toilets are a bit dirty but it's what I expected in a café. Chairs were ok but be there early or you'll have to stand.

They have a snack (curryworst) but this changes. The snack was ok but that doesn't matter as this is a place for beer not food.

Definitely recommended!

This bar is excellent if you're looking for locally brewed Cologne or German craft beer. 100% worth visiting if you can make it.

Everything we sampled was delicious, interesting and was of high quality. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they took their time to help me and my friends choose beers that we would enjoy, despite our divergent tastes.

The bar is as clean (or cleaner) than any other bar in the area and has a chilled vibe with good music and super friendly regulars who are great for an awesome chat about beer or random semi-drunken tangents.

Other recent negative reviews *cough* Etienne *cough* should be completely ignored! He/they must have drank too much low quality mass produced beer at some other place and accidentally reviewed the wrong bar. It's the only explanation I can imagine, as this place is great and it really is the best craft beer bar around! 👍🍻

Hidden between the well known Köln breweries is a little craft beer gem. Expect friendly beer-knowledgable service and a good atmosphere. It does pub basics well and as a repeat visitor to the city I’m sure I’ll be back. Recommended.

It's the only bar I found in the city serving IPA's. The selection of beers was poor, with 80% of the beers coming up from only one brewery. And tbh, those were among the worst IPA's I ever tried. There are some from Furst Wiacek in cans though so if you have to choose that's probably the best bet. Service was horrible, the waitress at the bar wasn't super nicz because I didn't speak German, misunderstood everything. The bar also looked a bit dirty.

Wanted to visit this bar for over 4 years and finally got the chance. I actually went to Köln just to visit, and I was not disappointed. Probably the best craft beer bar in Germany. Be careful, tho, as they are only open a few nights a week, and they were not responsive to my mesgs on Facebook.

Für Bierliebhaber ein Muss bei einem Besuch in Köln. Schöne Atmosphäre, eine sehr gute Auswahl an unterschiedlichsten Bieren und eine immer wechselnde Auswahl, insbesondere durch die Tap Takeover von unterschiedlichen Brauereien, sodass sich die Bierstile auch immer schön abwechseln bzw. für jeden etwas dabei ist.

Amazing craft beer pub with super friendly and cool staff. If you're lucky you would get to try a variety of beers as they replace empty kegs with new variety. If you're unsure of what to try ask the great people behind the bar, they're very down to earth and humble, not only they offer samples but also great short conversation when they're not busy. I haven't tried any food while I was there so I can't comment about that part. They have a terrace on the upper floor open till 22:00.
