Truly horrible experience! DO NOT support this establishment.
Googled their opening hours- we arrived at 4:05pm (open until 6pm) while enroute to drop our dog at a sitters. We were hoping to quickly grab a bone.
Sign on the door stated “be back in 15 minutes” (how is this even allowed?!).
We waited 23 minutes and in that time I counted 16 customers come to the door then leave frustrated as it was meant to be open but was not!
Finally two people arrived laughing with coffee’s in hand. When I brought up how terrible this customer service was I was told the manager encouraged closing whenever staff needs a break. Unacceptable. Will not be returning. Ever.

Does not open on time. It was supposed to open at 10am on Saturday, instead there’s 5 people waiting at 10:30 and nobody inside.
This small store had almost everything and friendly staff, but they are currently experiencing a crisis in management leading to severe and regular shortages of everything. Avoid - there is another pet store on Notre Dame about 20 minutes on foot away.
Great store, but disappointing small animal section. There's not much selection and we couldn't find the right hay here for our rabbits.
Best service in town, large variety of products - the young/small lady with colored hair is the best!
Really great selection and decent prices. Really the only pet store near downtown that has tolerable prices! They have a good membership program too where after 12 bags of the same food you get 1 free.
Decent enough pet store for emergency things, but limited selection of wet cat foods. I saw 3 brands total, maybe there were a few more hidden away but definitely not the place to come for variety.
Store says it's open until 9. I get there and there is a be back in 5 minutes sign on the door - okay it happens . 25 minutes later the sign is still there and no one picks up the phone either. Goes straight to voicemail....
