Nice mix of produce, readymade meals, art, coffee beans, plants and lots of other goodies...
I'm a very happy customer! Check out the young guys at the stand from Westmoreland County VA. They have awesome produce and are ultra- friendly. Their stand is close to the Metro entrance. Meet you there every Saturday until 1PM.
Great weekly (seasonal) farmers market with a variety of vendors. My only concern is with the patrons, who take up the usually plentiful benches with their personal stuff. Benches are for people not stuff, people.
Just a traffic trently local produce and prepared foods Farmers market. Some may fault for being small but I think it's just the right size to check out each of the stalls and on this cold drizzly day easy to engage with the warm and open vendors
It's a great Market with a large mix of different products. It's a producer only Market which ensures a higher quality! Definitely check out the cheese and the bread as well as the salmon and the kimchi. Just check out everything it's all good! A+
With fresh food, live music, delicious food trucks/stands and a lively art scene, there's so much to love at the Brookland Farmer's Market. While the number of booths and the amount of produce/products they sell varies throughout the year, I know that I will find what I need and usually something I wasn't expecting each time I visit. Bread, pastries, ice cream, fresh fruits and veggies, spirits and coffee are just a few things you will find here on the regular. Definitely take note that this market is closed over the winter, but just like the locals, you will be thrilled when it reopens in April. Happy shopping!
Wonderful market! Friendly vendors selling a variety of produce and other products in a location surrounded by artist studios. The market manager and volunteer staff are awesome, too.
Update: This market just gets better every year!
