No frills spot for a quick, large meal. The portions are enormous.
Broth for the pho was very tasty, and a standout. The fried rice was incredibly bland.
Overall I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again, but good for a one time meal.

Just left a delicious dinner at Sao Mai and my tummy is full and happy. Every single dish was delicious. Spring rolls were crispy and filled with delicious pork. The shrimp was hot and crispy, so were the wings. The bahn mi sandwich was 10/10. The rice was flavorful and was the perfect compliment to the squid, shrimp and marinated pork. I love that everything came out piping hot and fresh. You can tell (and taste) that everything here is made with lots of love. My daughter is a picky eater and she tried and liked all of the food. The service was friendly and efficient. It felt like we were a part of the family just over for dinner. I will definitely be back. My only regret is that we live too far away to order takeout.
Excellent pho (5/5) with large portions, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. The pho had great beef flavor and was huge for only $14. The spring rolls (5/5) were also excellent - piping hot and completely filled with meat. Their Vietnamese iced coffee (4/5) while mostly ice was great too. Highly recommend.
Nice, no frills authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Lovely and helpful staff. Food came out really fast and was very flavorful and the portions were quite big for a good price. I’d definitely recommend eating here!
Got the bun sao mai and the pho chin nam. Both were great but I personally preferred the bun sao mai. The pho broth tasted very clean and light.
One of my favorite places to get dinner. If you want some pho, this place is perfect in every way. I wouldn't dare to try a different restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the service was pretty fast. If you don't eat pork make sure you ask the waiter what kinda broth they use. Overall the place was amazing. Highly recommended. 👍🤝

I split the banh cuon ($9.5) and a bun bo hue ($17) with my girlfriend and it was the perfect amount of food. The photo of the BBH does not do it justice, it is a massive portion with a good amount of meat inside. I’ve had their pork banh mi to go as well and it has some of the most flavorful pork I’ve tasted in a while. All of this, with friendly service on top, makes this a solid go-to spot for a casual and comforting meal :)

Not sure what’s in the house avocado sauce but OMG I loved it! I put it on every dish I had. Portions are very generous and service is great.
