Important museum to understand the historical and contemporary role of Jews in Frankfort. Get the joint ticket with the Judenstrasse Museum to get a more complete and deeper picture.

What an amazing heritage site filled with treasured stories of Frankfurt Jewish life before and after the Holocaust. I highly recommend visiting this museum. The active audio display of reciting the names of the current hostages is moving and makes people of all creeds and ages, stop and remember the hostages and hope and pray for their swift return. The current room dedicated to Kibbutz Nir Oz is extremely impactful and moving!

Fantastic museum of the Jewish life in Frankfurt located in the house that once belonged to the Rothschild banking family.

Neat place to learn highlights of Jewish history in Frankfurt. I found the last section on the Rothschild family most interesting. There is a funky smell in the museum though (maybe paint?).

Loved it a lot. Enjoyed reading about both the impact of ww2 as well as Jewish religious practices. Definitely worth the price and time, we spent 5 hours total in the museum including our time spent having lunch.

Really nice and interactive museum. Allocate alot of time to this place because it takes a while to really dive into the history of the jewish people and listen to the stories that they have. This area also has temporary exhibitions which change every now and then but overall a really good place place to visit!

You have to leave your luggage in a refundable locker. This is a bit inconvenient if your clothes don't have pockets.
There is a café in the building where you can eat falafel, salads, cakes, etc. Wine was also available.

I recently visited the Jewish Museum in Frankfurt and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable. The museum itself is spread across three floors, with the top and middle floors being my personal favorites. There was a wealth of information on display about Jewish culture and history, including some personal family stories that were particularly touching. While the bottom floor didn't appeal to me as much, the overall museum was a great educational and cultural experience. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone interested in learning more about Jewish history and culture.

A trip to the museum can evoke a wide array of emotions in my opinion! My experience at the Jewish museum has been thoroughly incredible, the captivating architecture and calming atmosphere of the material used was astonishing.

Quite contemporary setting and complex arrangement, yet interesting! Nonetheless, the presentation of the exhibits is informative as they use different methods to present informations. Interactive screen touch, sensory recordings and visual recordings and pictures.
