I had very good experience at this airport. On departure, there are enough security lanes, so no long queues. Good shopping and F&B options at departure terminal. A small lounge is also functional.

Decor is also quite decent. On arrival, there are 6-7 luggage belts, so no overcrowding at belts. Starbucks at arrival.

Well maintained airport. It’s accessible by local buses until 7pm. Relatively small airport but does the job. International and Domestic are separated, so you won’t be able to access the lounge in domestic airport if you have an international flight. Not many cafeterias in the international side so do plan accordingly. Washrooms are clean and drinking water is available

Goa's well-connected airport serves as a gateway to various domestic and international destinations. Currently part of an airforce base, there are plans to separate and relocate it. The airport, frequented by many travelers daily, is well-maintained, with good facilities and friendly staff, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

It is a spick-and-span airport with many facilities. Western as well as Indian toilets are fitted. There is always an attendant in the washroom/restroom who makes sure to keep the place clean and assist you while using innovative taps and other facilities such as dustbin, tissue papers, etc.

Eateries are available inside and outside the airport with a bit higher rate of food.

Cabs are available. Payment is done as per standard rates.

A government bus also comes, but you may have to wait.

But clicking photos is not allowed inside the airport.

The overall experience at this Airport is very good.

The airport is neat and clean and also very well maintained. One can find all the necessary shops and amenities required to be on Airport campus.

The food court is decent with multiple options available and we had a great time there.

The place is usually not very crowded and the management is good here.

The only thing disappointing was that any place you want to visit in Goa is far from the airport.

This is old Goa Airport and also a defence airport. Security check in is very slow with limited gate so better to consider atleast 30-40min in normal time from entry to boarding gate excluding baggage deposit time. Has paid parking at ramp entry to airport. Has limited food options in and around airport. Boarding gates are on first floor

Goa international airport also known as Dabolim airport is situated between north and south Goa. It's a small but very beautiful airport well maintained and decorated also. Direct Flights are available for big cities of India. Al facilities and services are available. A great food court and free lounge access available for limited card holders. Taxi services also available.

Goa International Airport, also known as Dabolim Airport, is a gateway to the tropical paradise of Goa, and it holds a unique charm of its own. Having recently visited this airport, I can attest to its overall experience.

The airport is strategically located in Dabolim, South Goa, making it convenient for travelers heading to the popular tourist destinations that Goa has to offer. The terminal building is modern and well-maintained, and the entire airport exudes a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

One of the standout features of Goa International Airport is its stunning architecture. The terminal blends contemporary design with Goan aesthetics, featuring open spaces, large windows, and lush greenery that captures the essence of this coastal state. The airy and well-lit interior makes for a pleasant travel experience.

Facilities at the airport are extensive and cater to the needs of various travelers. There is a range of shops, duty-free outlets, and dining options to keep passengers entertained and satisfied. The airport also offers essential services like currency exchange, car rental, and medical facilities, which enhance the convenience for travelers.

The airport's check-in and security processes are relatively efficient, and the staff is courteous and helpful. Goa International Airport has improved its infrastructure over the years to accommodate the increasing number of tourists it receives. It now has multiple lounges for passengers, including dedicated ones for business and first-class travelers.

One area where the airport can make further strides is in expanding its connectivity and increasing the frequency of international flights. As of my last visit in 2021, it primarily served domestic routes and a few international destinations. Expanding its network could further boost its appeal as an international gateway.

Transportation to and from the airport is generally convenient, with taxis, car rentals, and pre-paid airport shuttle services readily available. However, it's worth noting that during peak tourist seasons, there can be some congestion on the roads leading to and from the airport.

In conclusion, Goa International Airport is a delightful introduction to the sunny and laid-back atmosphere of Goa. Its blend of modern facilities, Goan aesthetics, and courteous service make it a welcoming and comfortable travel hub. While there's always room for improvement, the airport plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall travel experience for those seeking to explore the magic of Goa.

Very small but useful airport. I found issue to connect to wifi with the US number and not able to communicate. Also, CAB service is very expensive. Better to get private vehicle.

Small and very efficient airport! Except for the washrooms, everything is good.… dirty restrooms you will not experience if you arrive at the airport as exit washrooms are good and clean. The problem is with the first floor, the washrooms next to the food court.
Anyway, overall, it is good, and even your check-in baggage comes fast.. The private lounge is also good. It's very crumbled, but the food is tasty..

Goa's Dabolim Airport wasn't very busy during the September visit as the actual tourist season starts from October onwards. Entry and Exit are basic which missed the Goan touch. Inside there were few murals and statues depicting Goan Culture though.
One important thing missing here was the Lounge for dine in. We could find only one which was also a 'Reserved Lounge'.
Food outlets are many according to preference. And the most attractive thing were the huge fans for ventilation and air.
We got our luggage on time without any hassle and the exit was smooth too with ample options of taxis and cabs. It is recommended to rent a car to save time, money and convenience.

Beautiful airport with a very scenic approach. The location is almost in the middle of Goa with a sea nearby. In day time you can have sea views while landing and take off. Very neat and well managed airport. Nice well managed airport.
Artistic touch!
Not very crowded while visited

Spacious, multiple stores. Many places to eat and drink. A good chocolate store. Good washrooms. Lots of seating and clean. There's times bar here. Lounge is good too. Parking is available, wheelchair accessible and facilities are there.
