based upon the size of Twin Falls and how small it is, this is one of the best museums I've ever been to. it has a lot of Native American artifacts, full planetarium with Movie Theater, reptile exhibits, and so much more.
general admission is $6 and what an amazing place to take anyone, especially kids under 12 years old. it will teach you a lot about Idaho Heritage and the Great Snake River basin. Heritage Center planetarium has one of the best shows or shows going on year-round playing throughout the
week. make sure to check out Faulkner!

I brought 4 of my granddaughters and I great granddaughter to see the pink Floyd light show for a girls night out . It was amazing to have them experience the show . I had seen the original one back in the 70s and I was very impressed by this one. Thanks for a great time.
Beautiful art exhibit and love that the museum is free. Kids love it here too.
I'm giving 5 stars because there is nothing else like it. But I attended a child's field trip yesterday that was less than captivating. Lydia from beetle juice was the presenter. And not thrilled to be there it seemed. I learned a lot. The reptile review was pretty slow paced for first graders. Getting the kids captivated, instead of seeming annoyed would have been neat. Just my personal opinion. I recommend the planetarium highly for the museum and planetarium shows and star parties! The event space is also cool, but kinda spendy for the lack of ammenedies.
This is a great place for families, and the prices are reasonable. Had a great time with my nephew, niece, and Dad. We saw Serengeti: A Journey to the Heart of Africa. We all enjoyed it!
Great experience! I visited with my family, from Mobile, Al. It was very detailed with an array of exhibits. I will definitely be revisiting when in town, we saw the volcano show, exciting. The kid loved it, he has seen it for the 5th time. Great job staff. The gift shop is neat and filled with soon many great finds!
More of an all around local art, natural history, and native peoples museum with a planetarium dome and small observatory. The space aspect takes a back seat to the adequate natural history displays. Where this facility shines is its rotating local art exhibit space, and well appointed native peoples exhibits. There are lots of hands on activities for kids, and enough reading material to keep busy adults informed. The museum areas are free, and the staff quite friendly. Dome shows occur frequently and are priced fairly. For the native peoples exhibits alone, I would rank this facility five stars in the context of its location and size.
