Visited on a weekday at 8pm and the restaurant was quite empty with only one other table. 2 more tables got seated before we left

Service was very, very professional and good!

The appetizers and sides were all excellent and well executed

It was also great being able to sample different cuts since you can order small portions of 4oz. We tried the Frisian, Rubia Gallega and Buey.

The R. Gallega and Buey had very, very intense flavour, almost game-like. Personally I did not enjoy it as I don't enjoy gamey meats like deer or venison. However, you might enjoy it.

The Frisian was my favourite as it was not gamey and more like the steaks I usually like.

Toilets are clean and well equipped

Overall a very enjoyable dinner experience

Great food. Relaxed space. Good and timely service. Located inside of Hilton Hotel. Upstairs and downstairs seating; outdoor seating as well. The bar made me some of the best hot tea. It was real fine. I shall return.

Nice hotel restaurant bar. The servers are friendly and make a mad Moscow Mule!! We had some salad with pan tumaca and stayed for about 3 hours! No one rushing you to leave, just nice people, comfortable atmosphere and fun drinks. We saw the bartender making a sangria with fresh fruit that looked delicious!

Food was delicious and served quickly. Wine suggestion paired perfectly. The most outstanding, however, was the service. My waitress was a wonderfully pleasant young lady who was able to communicate in English, French and Italian and conducted herself with notable professionalism. She was fun, helpful, and respectful and made my dining experience memorable. If you like a nice cut of steak, and extremely pleasant service, I can only recommend Solomillo

I loved the food. The steak was perfect. Recommend the special restaurant sauce for the steak. Loved this place - 10/10👍🏻. Easy to book reservations.

If you're meat lovers, esp. beef, you must try this place. I'm an amateur chef, who has tried every kind of meat dish including Asado in Korea, US, Swiss and France, so I can recognize quality beef or not.
This is by far the best I've ever tried!!!

Our server was intent on pushing the set menu to us, and when we indicated that we would actually like a bigger cut of steak than what the set had he seemed like he understood. Imagine our shock when our 28oz of beef came on a big round plate all cut up in different shapes and sizes. They do not look like they were cut from the same piece of meat as they could not even be pieced together to form a semblance of a steak. The steak was also cold both inside and outside, which is a first for me at a steakhouse!

When I asked for ice and lemon he came with a glass of ice and 2 slices of lemon. Which is all good save that the glass had shreds of lemon on the side… was that a used glass?

What a place to dine in if you love steak. The service was outstanding and the 500 gram sirloin was delicious. Loved the cauliflower au gratin was fantastic.
