Absolutely amazing. We spent about 6 hours in Yosemite National Park. We did as much walking as possible and got some amazing views and scenery into our tight schedule. I loved every minute here.
Wonderful! You can park at Yosemite village parking lot and the start hiking to vista dome, there are two roads, if you go to the left there are a few steps to arrive at the lake but the view it’s fantastic. Also there are free shuttle buses
Hard to believe that everyone does not already know this is one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Incredible hikes, amazing waterfalls, tons of space and trails and rocks to enjoy.
We visited in December, staying in Oakhurst. It took about 90 minutes to drive into Yosemite Valley, so if you want more time in the park it is probably worth considering a stay in the lodge.
The store at the Visitor centre is brilliant - packed full of healthy and unhealthy snacks, ready meals that are easy to cook when camping and a fab range of drinks.

Had a wonderful time in Yosemite. Took a short hike to mirror lake 2 miles round trip. Less people this time a year and i love it because i can hear the beautiful nature sounds. Lots of beautiful fall colors on the drive up. Loved my time there, will be back in the spring.
A blast as usual. Highly recommend the Valley Loop hike which is 12 miles and the Upper Yosemite Falls hike which takes you to the top of the falls. Hopefully we get some good rain/snow like we did this year to really show off the falls.
Mesmerizing, out of this world and total amazement. To fully experience Yosemite, it’s all about the trails. An incredible National Park. Year round, it offers different views with heavy waterfalls during spring and lovely snow during winter. You get to see some very unique rock formations.
We love Yosemite in the fall! We hiked Mirror Lake because it was short enough for the kids! The falls were beautiful too and we wished we had enough time to do those as well. This is at least a two day trip if you want to enjoy the many beautiful wonders of the park.
Stunning park. Huge and beautiful. Went in October and the weather was beautiful and seeing the colors change was lovely.
The valley where the food is was super packed and barely a spot to park from afternoon to evening, so take the shuttle if you can.
The shuttles are free and take you around, drivers are usually good about telling you what is at each stop.
Overall it’s a stunning place to be and the rangers are super lovely.
