Ok, so, everything was absolutely great, to say the least. The flat white that I got was done with absolute perfection. I was watching the barista that was doing my latte art and he was in his zone. You could just tell that the chaotic world around home paused as he was pouring the milk.
So as I said I got a flat white and one of their macaroons, and both were amazing. Since this place is a Japanese inspire coffee shop, they used Japanese coffee beans, and the coffee was in fact good (I’m not one to drink many Japanese coffees). I didn’t get the Vietnamese iced coffee that they offered but I saw how they made it and they did use a phin (traditional Vietnamese coffee brewer), which is something that my local coffee shops don’t use for their Vietnamese iced coffee.
The atmosphere was really great. I loved how they got creative with the limited space they had by making benches that stacked vertically (like a баня/sauna). Maybe it’s a Japanese style but I wouldn’t know. Definitely a placed I’m looking forward to revisit the next time I’m in Boston.

Mai and I had a lovely time sharing life stories and reflections over sips of cafe latte and chai. The aura of this place is very people-oriented and not work-oriented or delivery oriented. I miss the coffee culture in vietnam and this place is a slice of home.
Please ignore how I basically spilt my drink but it was a good matcha latte. Came here from a recommendation and did not disappoint taste and flavor-wise. I got a 10oz and it was just over $7 which felt a little pricey, as someone who gets matchas pretty frequently.
Excellent and fast service. Coffee tasted good too (I had their iced coffee blend). Nice place for a pit stop or for hanging out to socialize or do some work. I'm sure I'll come back some other time for their coffee flight!
I had a bad experience with the cashier. He didn't ask about the size and felt unwelcome, and were not very patient in answering my questions such as if I can get a certain latte art.
Additionally, it would be more transparent and honest if you didn't showcase fancy coffee art on your Instagram if it's not consistently offered in-store to avoid misleading customers. No fancy coffee arts? Fine, but just not post it.

Very nice cafe to stop by! They have a really good latte, pour over and even AeroPress! They also have a Vietnamese coffee available here if you like to get over caffeine.
It was one of the best breakfast cafes in Boston. I tried the avocado toast, as well as cheese, ham, and egg bagel sandwich, and both were delicious. Additionally, their chai tea latte was very good, too. The pistacio macaroon was perfect as well. Very nice vibe, and some seating is available. It is pretty busy most of the morning.
Nice small coffee shop. I haven’t had the experience of going to Japan yet but as per other reviewers the design is close to what we can find in there. I had the matcha coffee and the rose and cinnamon macaroons and they were all delicious and great quality.
It was busy when I visited on a Saturday afternoon, there was barely a couple of seats. There is no parking as it is in downtown, you’ll need to park in one of the streets or a parking lot.
