Absolutely beautiful restaurant, we had top notch service from our server Steven H , we had the Halibut which was deliciously prepared, and the spanikopita dip. This place was a pleasure to eat at. Highly recommended.

Best food in the park. Bartender Andy told us his favorite dishes (hummus and pork chops), and pointed us towards the cocktail he designed (hard to miss). Everything was great! And great value.

Food is alright, I think what saved it was the service and the calamari which was good. My wife couldn't eat it without drenching the lemon over it to withstand the taste of the sauce it's put in (just put the sauce in a separate bowl.) We asked for the lassi and they ran out of the one we wanted so we got the mango and on the top was a "dried mango" which was more like a super sweet sugary candy that didn't taste good. We had the lamb and the grilled cheese sandwich. The lamb was okay, I don't usually eat lamb, but it was pretty gamey and dry, not a lot of meat on the bone but the cornmeal that came with it didn't have any flavor and the texture was too mushy. For 38$ it wasn't worth the money. For the sandwich, it was decent in regards to taste but it comes with this tomato soup. The soup is thick and they put the sandwich on the soup spread out on a plate so it's cold by the time it comes out and the bread is soggy. Server was nice, but we got seated outside which meant that we got to hear endless screaming from the riders unfortunately. What can you expect from theme park food though, can't say I wasn't expecting to be disappointed.

This is undoubtedly the finest and most deserving fine dining restaurant at Universal Studios. If you are going on vacation, why not have at least one excellent meal per day? We recently spent several days at Universal Studios, and each day we ate at Mythos heightened our overall experience. Instead of buying junk food, run the rides in the morning and decompress for an hour or so with a perfectly cooked lunch. The ambiance is much better than the fast-food offerings, and the staff is excellent and attentive. My favorites were the scallops, sweet corn risotto with shaved black truffles, and beef loin medallions with Yukon mashed potato. Trust me, the price of your meal is far less than the price you paid for your entry ticket and just as satisfying. As a tip, consider using the Universal Studios app to reserve a table when you start getting hungry (especially if you plan to eat around the lunchtime rush), as it can save you a lot of time compared to not having a reservation.

Decor is nice, food is good but you can get a Michelin star restaurant meal for what you pay here.

If you do go, the pork chops are great. The pad Thai is not worth it though.

Fantastic experience! Some food was 5 star worthy but not all. The apple cider bread pudding was absolutely amazing! Best dessert ever. Great hummus, pita dips, pork chop was FANTASTIC- thick cut, cooked to PERFECTION. Veggies with pork chop were to die for! Disappointed in the octopus appetizer, a little rubbery, not fresh, pita bread a little stale, not hot. Mango yogurt drink was unique and delicious, not too sweet. Overall highly recommend- atmosphere and service PERFECT!!

We saw the sign outside the door, saying that it was rated as the top restaurant in in amusement park and we’re intrigued so so we thought we’d stop in! Wow, we were completely blown away! The service was awesome, and the food was even better! Completely top-notch, and totally unexpected from this unassuming portion of the park! The atmosphere was just a tad cheesy in my opinion, but not so much that I didn’t enjoy it. The views were awesome and I wish I could go back time and time again just for the food! I would absolutely recommend stopping in, if you’re in islands of adventure!

Is it good food? Eh, decent. I suppose by park standards it's better than average.

Did we leave stuffed? No.

My pork chop was fine. Nothing mind blowing, but pretty good. My wife's chicken sandwich was missing the bacon and her fries were old and luke warm.

The place was also mostly empty at 7:00pm. 75% of the tables were not being used, yet a few dozen people were waiting in the lobby. Strange for sure.

The decor is where the place shines. The rock and water is a cool environment. I'll bet it's even better when the sun goes down.

Should you skip it? Na. It's not horrible, but don't go into it thinking you're socks will be blown off by the food.
