I have bad experience
I bought a foot wear sharjah city center
Some black colour removing from it
My feet always black colour.

It is a genuine issue.
But they not accepted.

You will get to see different kinds of shoes & bags . When i want to buy anything to match my outfit I always go there . They had amazing offers & discounts .

Don’t buy sketchers. Don’t buy from this place.

I bought a sketchers running shoe from Shoe Mart in Sharjah city center. My fingers came out from both shoes in 3 months. I didn’t even run (I used this only for walking).

I didn’t have the bill, but showed them original boxes with their tags, card payment bank slips and everything I had. They confirmed I bought them from their store, but rejected to replace or repair (it cannot be repaired).

If you want branded shoes for 3-4 months, go for sketchers.

If you want such an irresponsible customer support, go to Shoe Mart.

One can’t miss this as it’s located on the ground floor of the Outlet Mall and house practically all the collections that one may find across multiple stores , suggest it to visit this store in the last as often you’ll find what you couldn’t after visiting the other stores for your footwear, expect to find surprise deals from unknown brands as they often keep the to be launched products and the huge space gives the consumer ample to see around and try the footwear collection

Had an amazing shopping experience Thanks to the wonderful staff Mark. He spent nearly an hour helping my little one to get her first school shoe. Even though I was tired, he never give up on her request and finally was able to pick the right shoe. His service is truly commendable and always had the smile on his face. 👏🏻 The Management should be proud to have a staff like him!
