Not bad. It's a public service office where you can find a lot of government service related issues here such as immigration, BPN, Telkom, ATB, Court, BPJS, and etc. It is like one stop service centre for the local citizens.
It is a mall and full of government agencies! One stop services for handling your driving license up to expatriate permit... Another star if pemko can provide more waiting benches and a reception desk for queuing number... The reception desk shall be connected to each stall, also can maintain each stall is always guarded by respective department personnel, not left empty.
