Cinescape Al Fanar

The manager is very rude he told us to get out for whistling…This was not told before the movie or in the rules and regulations paper they had outside I asked to give one more chance and this won’t happen again since it was the first time and he was literally saying “get out” I requested many times that this won’t happen again and he still refused to let us in and he said just give feed back and leave and I was saying that we have women with us and he literally said take her and leave just because some Kuwaiti people have a problem and even if someone complained they have to let us know first so we wouldn’t do it again so now we had to leave the theater with a bad experience and a bad day. They stole our money and made racial comments just because we are immigrants. Also for context we were minors

It's first appearance, and there was nothing much to check on, everything is nice and well mannerd,

But yeah the chair facility in the hall is not slide ones that make you extra comfort, it's just plain one that you have to sit still lol, Kuwait like place and no comfort chair quite unexpected......
So I hope in future we get to see comfortable chair

But yeah in last overall good

Very good location with plenty of parking space. It is comfortable and luxurious.

This Theater is a solid pick for moviegoers, but it doesn't quite reach the level of Avenues and 360 Mall cinescape.

One of my favorite Cinescapes because its interior is refreshing and different from any of the other cinemas in Kuwait. It takes you back to another time but is still updated where necessary (new seating/theaters) but the lobby is unique and colorful which is the best part, I hope they never change that design. I always have a good experience at Cinescape Fanar. Something many people like about it is that it is the cinema that will most likely have a quiet/minimal crowd and it’s extremely rare for a theater to be at capacity.

There are definitely better options than this Cinescape, the food is stale and the screens could be better. This place is in dire need of renovation.

Everything is Excellent in Dolby and IMAX! Not a fan of their standard cinema 📽️ the sound (noise) gives me a headache.

This is the worst cinema I’ve ever been at. My reasons being, I was trying to treat my kids for Eid with seeing a movie from their favorite game and the manager was not very understanding.They told me my children weren’t allowed in and they told us they will let us into another movie but we’d have to wait 45 minutes. I agreed because I wanted my children to have fun. Once the movie (that they said we could go in because they rudely kicked us out of the other one) started, we got brought out by the same manager and he told us we weren’t allowed to watch it. I explained that 45 minutes ago he said we could watch it. He told us we weren’t allowed to go in and take up seats in the theater. I explained that the movie was already ten minutes in and there were many seats open for me and my kids. We already payed for their snacks and movie so what is the difference between the movies. They were the same price and they refused to give us out money back. I’m so dissatisfied by the service of this movie theater. My children were very disappointed and I will never come back to this place again, and nether should you.
