Always clean and always open! It's unfortunate that the movie theater is closed now.
Great place for shopping. Target and shoprite are located in the City Center. There is usually lots of parking which is great.
I went to see In the Heights at the White Plains Performing Arts. The show was terrific and parking was very reasonable at $1 per hour.
City Center is one of the best spots to go to in White Plains. They have a Target, Book store, Nordstrom Rack, Shop Rite and a great movie theater. Its a very clean and family friendly atmosphere.

The atmosphere is lively, and the layout is easy to navigate. The various events and cultural offerings make it a dynamic destination. With ample parking and attentive staff, it ensures a seamless experience. City Center stands as a prime example of urban revitalization, offering a fantastic blend of convenience and enjoyment, making it a definite five-star gem.
The parking facility was good , however , the negative part was you could pay $1.00 pee hour up to three hours & then 24 hours . This is not good because while you are attending an event or restaurant beyond three hours , then you would have to leave earlier, walk several blocks, and pay additional money for the meter. My suggestion is that we pay $1.00 per hour up to 4 or 5 hours and then 24 hours afterward . Then, persons would not worry about paying while trying to enjoy themselves .
Very clean and bright mall. Nordstrom Rack has a particularly excellent collection and the staff is super nice and very helpful.
The Shop Rite supermarket is very nice. I am a bit liver of a good market and they ate great! Prices, selection, quality, and choices. There is parking and plenty of it. Target is here too. They have a Barnes & Noble of you still buy paper books. Worth the trip
