More courts are needed. :)
My friend and I play at this location once a week. It has at least 8 or 9 tennis courts (although some are used for pickleball). As far as I know, they all have floodlights. In terms of condition, there are a couple courts which are not in the best shape but the rest are perfectly fine. There is usually a short wait time but it's manageable.
TENNIS:
They have 11 courts here. The 2 in the back middle and the one on the back right are cracked, but still playable (just not competitively). The rest are in good condition. I've never had to wait for a court, even on the weekends. They also have lights to play at night. I've also seen people play pickleball here, but the courts aren't marked.
PICKLE BALL:
Wakefield is getting rid of their platform tennis courts in exchange for two new pickleball courts in the upper right section.

Great spot for pick up tennis. The courts are okay but they have lights on all year round that turn off at 11 pm.
