First time here and I must say I will never return or recommend!!!! First I ordered a burger; which had no flavor not even a hint of salt!!! Chicken sandwich taste like pickles and nothing more!!!! Service was horrible, the waitress only seemed to care about catering to a table of men; rather than her service quarters!!! My burger had a hair!!! I can’t give it a star!!!! They should revamp there menu and cooks and especially the waitress and hire wait staff that cater to all patron she is quartered to!!!! I would give no stars but it won’t allow to post if you don’t put at least 1 star!!!

Saddest fried chicken sandwich I have ever had. The chicken cutlet was flat and so sad looking in that sandwich that had more lettuce than meat.
It was also already cold. It’s also not cheap by any means.

Celebrated my friends birthday here and we had an amazing time. The DJ played a variety of music and food and drinks was on point. We will be back

So, I finally got around to checking out Halsey Ale House in Brooklyn, and I gotta say, my experience was a bit of a mixed bag.

I was hoping for some delicious bites to go along with my drinks, but the food was rather mediocre. It felt like they were trying to cover all the bases, but nothing really stood out. So, if you're expecting a culinary adventure, you might want to lower your expectations a bit.

Now, here comes the weird part - the smell. As soon as I walked in, I couldn't help but notice a strange smell in the air. It's hard to put my finger on it, but it definitely wasn't the most pleasant thing to experience while trying to enjoy a meal and drinks. It's a shame because it really put a damper on the overall atmosphere.

The silver lining here is their great happy hour. Seriously, if you're looking for a good deal on drinks, this is where Halsey Ale House shines. The prices during happy hour are super wallet-friendly, and that's definitely a big plus.

Food was good. Drinks were good. I wish they gave more french fries. They're pretty pricey for the amount they give you. Also people were smoking everywhere which is why I couldn't enjoy the outdoor space. We have to constantly move because everywhere we move someone ended up smoking

Tried this spot that was only 6 minutes walking from my parents house with my best friend. We loved the atmosphere, perfect lighting and the food was good. I had the Caesar Salad with grilled chicken and Mh best friend had their salmon burger with Fries. Their Non- alcoholic margaritas and mojito was ok , we just chucked it up to drinks taste better with alcohol. Our waiter was nice. Our food came out quick. I love how this is in the neighborhood I grew up in and is a chill spot in Bushwick. I would definitely visit again.

I had time to kill and Halsey's was within walking distance. Mid-afternoon on a Saturday was not a crowded time to visit. I sat at the bar and met John, the bartender and manager and had a great conversation and several beers and buffalo wings. The beer was cold and delicious and the wings were outstanding. They were served quickly and were spiced exactly right for my tastes. The service John provided was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I'd go back anytime I'm in the area.
