I’ve always been a fan of vakko cafe, but this branch specifically is great. They have an amazing manager who made our experience yesterday smooth and great. From seating us quickly to fast and efficient service and delicious food, no complaints!
This vibrant cafe-restaurant is located in the shopping mall “Zorlu Center”. Most people visit the place for a coffee in a fancy spot, yet the food is quite good. The menu is short&simple, yet has a fine touch. They also serve quality wine in carafe, which is rare to see. I am coming back🧿
Muy buen sitio para tomar algo, buena vista y buen servicio.

I must express my genuine disappointment with the overall experience at Vakkorama Cafe, nestled in the bustling Zulro Mall of Istanbul.
Despite the undeniable culinary prowess displayed in their dishes, this establishment falls short in several key aspects, namely the service, music selection, and cramped seating arrangements.
Let me commence by highlighting the outstanding quality of their cheeseburger, which stands as a true triumph among its counterparts. The double smashed burger, meticulously prepared and bursting with delightful flavors, undoubtedly ranks as the best burger I have ever had the pleasure of savoring.
Moving on to the chicken escalope, while it exhibited freshness and proper cooking techniques, it regrettably lacked the depth of taste one would expect from a dish of this nature. The crust, though expertly executed, failed to impart the desired infusion of flavors into the succulent chicken flesh, resulting in a somewhat underwhelming experience.
The mac and cheese, unfortunately, suffered from a slight flaw. The utilization of powdered cheese caused a grainy texture that detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dish. The cheese failed to achieve the desired level of smoothness through proper melting, leaving room for improvement in this particular regard.
On a more positive note, the French fries provided a delightful accompaniment to the meal, boasting a tantalizing crispness that pleased the palate immensely.
Regrettably, the ambiance of the cafe was marred by a disastrous music selection. It appeared that the individual responsible for curating the playlist had a particular affinity for rock and heavy metal, a genre ill-suited for an all-day cafe setting. This incongruity between the music and the atmosphere left much to be desired, hindering the overall dining experience.
Adding to the list of shortcomings was the issue of cramped seating. The lack of sufficient space necessitated constant adjustments and movements to accommodate passing patrons, leading to a less-than-ideal dining environment.
While the presence of large fans provided some respite from the scorching summer heat, the inconvenience of being seated directly in their path proved to be quite bothersome. A more thoughtful seating arrangement would have alleviated this annoyance and enhanced the overall comfort of the guests.
At last, the most disappointing aspect of this establishment was the service. Considering Vakkorama's association with the Valko brand, one would expect a level of service befitting an international standard, catering to tourists from around the globe. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The staff's limited proficiency in English detracted from effective communication, hindering the potential for a more enjoyable dining experience.
Furthermore, the demeanor of the host who seated us was disheartening. She displayed signs of discontent and appeared eager for her shift to conclude, which left a lingering negative impression.
Moreover, it was disconcerting to observe the cafe manager seemingly preoccupied with conversations among the waitstaff, rather than attending to the needs of the customers. A manager of this caliber should prioritize guest satisfaction and engagement, actively inquiring about their experience, which regrettably did not occur.
In conclusion, while Vakkorama Cafe may serve as a viable option for a quick bite, it falls short of delivering a truly exceptional dining experience. The superbly crafted dishes showcase the establishment's culinary prowess, yet the deficiencies in service, music, and seating arrangements hinder the overall impression. Therefore, it would be prudent not to set overly high expectations when visiting this establishment.

Visited end of April (10 - 12 Deg) for brunch, cafe outdoor seating came with heaters! Staff were not very fluent in english but they tried their best to help. Ordered Truffled Toast (2 / 5 - too salty for asian taste buds but probably OK for europeans) / Eggs Ben (4.5 / 5 - loved the bread, soft, fluffy and buttery smell, large serving of smoked salmon)
Coffee smelled great! 2 pax around 500 - 600 LIRA which is a typical cafe pricing! Recommend to visit

Update:
0 service good place for coffee or desserts. The staff are not helpful or welcoming. The coffee was perfect the turkish coffee and filter coffee, cappuccino and the dessert were also very delicious. The prices are high. But they don’t have a standard for the dessert not always they are same in quality and taste.
