Everything about this hotel is incredible. The location is so walkable to anywhere downtown, and don't be put off by the valet only parking, the staff handles that with the precision of a swiss army knife (if you're older you'll know that reference means flawless).
The staff is always so helpful and available and interactive as are the management.
Another GREAT part of this hotel is your room is only cleaned and sheets changed if you REQUEST that, from an environmental impact aspect I greatly appreciate and value that.
Again, a true 10 out of 10 experience and I unequivocally recommend this hotel to any traveler

Excellent stay and this will be my go-to lodging when in Victoria from now on. The location is perfect and there's an excellent restaurant (The Ruby) downstairs for breakfast.
My room was huge and had a full kitchen and outdoor patio! It was spotless as well. In-room coffeemaker, fridge, wifi was fast, cable TV, chargers by the bed...what more could you need?
Service was super friendly and accommodating, checking my bags as I arrived ahead of check-in.
No complaints about this place at all. I only wish all hotels could run this smoothly!

This is a great central location in heart of Victoria. I have stayed here many times, and enjoy the safe secure valet parking. I asked, and the lots used are gated. Retrieval of car is very quick. I met up with friends and went to Butchart Gardens to see Xmas lights. Easy drive from hotel. The rooms are well maintained, clean and quiet. I enjoyed The Ruby restaurant for breakfast. Fab service from Jenna, and great food.
The hospitality was above and beyond every step of the way. They recommended we not take a room they knew would be noisy, still got us checked in early, held our bags for us before and after our stay, let is hang out in the lobby and play cards after our stay while we waited for our boat. Great restaurant recommendations, everything was great. The beds were soft, the suites were spacious and comfortable. Well done.
