Supposed to be a nice, quite place, and has a potential to be as such.
BUT, the aggressive birds which fly into your dish and still, or even "just" touch your food, is very annoying!
Moreover, the birds also fly around and above you, with no limitation,
So, having coffee in sort of natural atmosphere is cool, but under such birds' attack it's bothersome.

A strip mall with a variety of stores on three sides of a large parking area (more parking above the stores). At least seven eateries, mostly kosher a large super, variety stores, etc. A popular place.
It's very nice Shopping Center in the borders if 2 municipality :P-T & Giva't Shmuel with a some of options to shopping(very nice and organized ShuperSal,Clothes and Toys 4 children's) &places for☕ break.
this place is the kingdom of the best draft beers in Israel, about 40 brands, great food and service
I like this place cause it have everything and near my place besides the fact that they open late ,about till 2am . had dessert at max Brunner and it was yummy.
Not enough parking, hard to get in and out of it. Restrooms are on the second floor level. Good stores for women's and family clothing. Shupersal supermarket on grounds is very big and convenient to shop.
