The Singapore Botanic Gardens are a wonderful place to visit for both tourists and locals alike. Since I am a tourist, it was my first time, and I imagine if I lived here I would come to the gardens rather frequently to walk, read, sketch or picnic. It offers an array of themed Gardens and sanctuaries, my favorite being the Orchid Garden, available to foreigners for a nominal fee. One of the best things about this place of interest is that, besides the Orchid Garden, the rest of the experience is free to enjoy.
I recently did a maternity shoot here at this amazingly beautiful place. The Bandstand itself is very well maintained and the area around it is lovely as well, from the pathway leading up to the main gazebo structure to the orchid garden behind the Bandstand. Would definitely recommend a visit here.
Was here for a friend's private solemnisation ceremony at the Bandstand last weekend.
Took a Grab here and told the driver to drop us off at Learning Gardens because Google Maps doesn't really tell us how to get here. Thought we could take a quick stroll around the lake before heading to bandstand. Do note that there's some walk uphill from the route we took.
Botanic Gardens is HUGE, so I'd recommend visitors to come early in the morning when the weather's cooler to sightsee.

Very beautiful and calling UNESCO protected park with a free entrance and free museum as Well. Great for jogging and relaciji Day in Nature.
We spent a relaxing afternoon in this beautiful botanic garden. There are many things to see and path to stroll so if you are into parks and long walks, it's a place for you.
We went to orchid garden in the sat afternoon and it’s not so crowed.
From tangling gate to the orchid garden, it took us around 15mins. But along the way you can see the swan lake, waterfall and famous bandstand.

Great place for photos in the day. Iconic part of Singapore botanic gardens and a popular spot for wedding photos. Generally a quiet place to sit down, relax and perhaps have a picnic. There is ample grass around the gazebo but limited benches so you may want to bring a mat. Some people like to sit inside so they may be in the way of your photos.
Not easy to find as Botanic Garden can be quite big. It is just a small hut but we'll maintained. It is one of the iconic structure for this garden so a lot of people will take pictures over here. It is surrounded by big field so you can picnic around this stand. Worth visiting once in a while
