Jason, our server had a very professional demeanor and made our experience a lot better.
I usually agree to sushi when my wife craves it as I am not a fan of cold food in my stomach. But this restaurant is the only Sushi place that serves hot fish!!!

Surprisingly excellent sushi. The Miso soup is the best in town. A particular favorite for locals and visitors alike.
Bad sushi. The recent reviews must be doctored or faked.
The sushi arrived broken and falling apart. Poorly cut, portioned, and plated. After a few rounds of bad sushi, we scrolled to older reviews to find the real feedback. The service was also hit or miss.
Really bad sushi. I wish I can get my money back.

Epically bad. It was as if the sushi had been bought this afternoon at a supermarket, and then passed off as fresh made. The rice was old and dry, the rolls disintegrated and the salmon skin was geriatric. Is this restaurant writing it's positive views itself?
To top it off, a server dumped an entire glass of ice water on my wife and her wheelchair, and no one apologized.
Worst sushi restaurant in California.

I wanted to lick the bowl!! The sashimi salad is the best I've ever had. The service was incredibly fast, and all the wait staff was very friendly. Our waiter was especially attentive and happy to give us the best experience.
I was looking for a restaurant in Malibu and by luck I found this restaurant, if your looking for the best sushi place in Malibu go here, they serve the sushi in a really great way and it tastes fantastic, I recommend it.
Was here yesterday. This place is great and food is amazing but I paid for a $20 hand roll sushi. That’s way too expensive for a hand roll. Bar tender was great and atmosphere was cool. Food is way too over priced. Look at the $20 handroll I paid for….just simply over price.
Really great selection of rolls and the atmosphere is vibrant yet calm. The sushi tasted fresh and delicious and the chicken bento was cooked perfectly. The service was fast and the waiter was super friendly and attentive.
