It took 2 hours waiting in such a long long line to check in & board our cruise. That’s just too long of a wait, not acceptable due to disorganization

Stopped in New York City at this pier transported into city on coach tour of New York lots of traffic giving you opportunity to see everything facilities are good including free Wi-Fi

Enjoyed even as carrier had other luggage on carts, they gesture to my car to park & curb luggage drop off! So smooth. Then rolled into terminal, await ck-in time.

Um.. it's a dock to board a ship. Customs to pass, bathrooms available, deck crew to attend to your luggage. You will most likely be tested for COVID-19 before boarding. We did Norwegian, but I think Carnival comes out of here also.
