Unprofessional agents not even responding to their clients
Mirza Ali promised that will get back to me about the more options but never responded

Stay away from this extremely unprofessional brokerage!
Maaz Ali Ahsan is the type of agent who will not answer any of your calls, unless you call from a different number he doesn't know.

He confirmed several times that the unit has been reserved and confirmed. Days passed and i didn't get the offer letter.

Then he sends me after repeated calls "This is building manager call him, Right now I am in the meeting"

"She is not giving the apartment. The reason they have given you is that you have small children so if they make noise in the building then other people will be disturbed. Therefore we will not give the apartment."

Rejected in a FAMILY building because I have kids!!!

Such a shame to deal with such an unprofessional agent! He will not answer your calls and promise call backs but never do!!

I had a very bad experience with Gold Mile properties, their agent Maaz Ali Ahsan mislead me and showed me units that are not available.
He posted fake things to get us to come visit, and when we came, he said i don't have this one, i have a different one.

Avoid at all costs!

Highly recommended especially you are newbie to dubai. Umair was really good, never tried to hard sell any apartment patiently understood my requirement and came up with good suggestion.

Had asked for multiple different suggestion on al barsha and barsha heights came up with good suggestions.

Do not trust these scammers, I inquired a family apartment from them and I clearly told Them about my requirement that we are 2 families living together and want to move in a 2BHK apartment. Even they knew that shafar 2 building allows only single family , still these scammers booked flat in that building for me and wasted my 20k AED within 5 days for their 1900 AED commission. It was my worst experience of life and I would never recommend anyone to deal with them in future. It is better for you to do market research by your own and take rental property directly from the building by discussing all the matters with the building manager.These are fake agents and don’t have their self respect in dubai. Everyone already know about them
