Poor communication and execution. Wife and I planned a trip to Jamaica. We arrived at San Diego international airport at 840pm June 8th our flight was supposed to leave at 1030pm. Unfortunately. Because of JetBlue curfew after 930 they did not let us check in. After waiting for 2 hours to check in they finally said they excuse the curfew. When we got ready to board the plain did not show 🤦🏾♂️. So we’re had to stay over night in a hotel and wait till the next morning 945am for boarding. But when we arrived the next day June 9th 830am there was no one at the front disk to help us on boarding passes. now on top of that they printed us out the wrong date for our boarding passes. There is literally no one at the front desk wow and it’s only 847am and our plane is supposed to be leaving at 945 am
The staff has always been polite and courteous. They take wonderful care of my son when he flies by himself. I appreciate you keeping my son safe.
Everyone was so very helpful. I was stressing out for nothing. They helped me a lot. Thank you JetBlue San Diego Employees. Your the best.
Disappointed with the level of communication. Was never notified that my flight was departing from Terminal 1 and not Terminal 2 as noted in my email and on my boarding pass. Flight was delayed three hours due to weather. It would have been nice if they gave out bottled water at the very least.

Only good thing was free wifi on borad, otherwise it was worst flight experience in my life. They even charge for food on flight which is too pathetic. NO airline in the World does so. Its an arrogant attitude that in a 5hour flight they provided us with cheap snacks only & that too with hesitation. I travelled with them for i found they are partners of QATAR AIR WAYS- the best on globe i think but found it a nightmare !!
Alright usually this low coast company are a pein in the a...! But this time Jet Blue really surprised me. I updated my seat for just a few dollars but anyway once on the airplane I realized then they are different than the competitors, seats are still large even in the economy and free WiFi for everybody in every seat, unbelievable. Free snack and free drink, and trust me now not every company do that. When I start to fly more than 20 years ago the airplanes were much better than now. Of course the price was more expensive but the airplanes were more comfy. Now is everything about the price and I saw airplane with seat like a bus. It's ridiculous! But JetBlue got everything, good price and nice airplane.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SAN DIEGO!!!! We booked with JetBlue to vacation from Boston to San Diego and back and encountered miserable customer service. We waited in a line a mile long of customers at the bag drop kiosk at 9:30 AM when they literally had no one working, NOT ONE JETBLUE EMPLOYEE. We couldn’t use the kiosk to simply check bags as NO ONE was there to take them! The line of wary travelers grew so bad that Spirit and Delta agents had to intervene to reshape the line as it was so long it interfered with check in operations at their desks next door. A terrible way for paying customers to start a long journey. Finished checking after waiting an hour to see our flight is late!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Always had an enjoyable experience with Jet Blue. They are also one of the few airlines where your earned miles don't expire.
