Traditional Chinese takeout experience. Great vegetarian and vegan options. Highly recommend the tofu dish.

This has been our go-to for Chinese take-out since we moved to the neighborhood several years ago. We order regularly from Chopsticks and our mixed family of vegetarians and omnivores, adults and kids, has been happy with pretty much everything we've tried and especially with the variety of flavorful tofu dishes. The service is friendly and reliable.

We've only been In a couple times now but it's quickly become a required stop when we're in the area.

I definitely recommend the Mongolian tofu, nowhere I've been to has tofu that's quite as crispy as theirs, very flavorful as well. I'm really looking forward to trying the orange tofu next.

We've also tried the string bean beef, red bean hedgehog buns, and the BBQ pork buns. The BBQ pork buns and Mongolian tofu are definitely my favorite so far but I haven't been disappointed with anything I've tried.

I have to say their Mongolian tofu is delicious on other level. As a Chinese guy lived both in China and both US Coasts, it’s the first time I tasted something like this, unique but yet authentic. Boiled fish is amazing, authentic and delicious: for those unfamiliar with this dish, if you like sour sauerkraut or kimchi and can tolerate every wild spiciness, pickled cabbage is something in between and a must try. Also, fish is cut up fillet, a rare Chinese fish dish that doesn’t need to pick bones out yourself—wish all of them are like this when I was a kid, lol

They have a separate vegan menu, which is actually vegetarian because some of the desserts contain dairy. The mushroom buns were soo fresh, and the dough not detectably sweet. Their star dish is the Mongolian tofu, it is possibly the best tofu dish in the city. It has a thin crispy outer layer, and a very savory blend of spices that keeps you digging in.
The server recognized that the vegan menu was misleading in terms of dessert, and bright us free red bean sesame balls! I loved that there was 1:1 bean to dough, and the dough wasn't chewy or thick.
The place itself is basic, and a little noisy. I would still dine in to have the buns and tofu fresh.

Wonderful food! Great service. They have an entire Vegan menu! Also, many great meat options. The service was great and the staff was kind. Many delicious options to choose from. The orange tofu tasted like chicken. We want to return to try more.

We came back 1 year later. Fabulous again! Again our hostess owner recommended a dish of seaweed salad (her favorite dish). She's spot on! We loved it! Today we ordered dim sum dishes. Fresh, definitely homemade and very tasty & good. Definitely a good place to dine!

Haven’t you tried The Chopsticks Cusine yet? Go for it!!

As I know, this is a family-owned Chinese restaurant. Their cuisine has been the most authentic flavor around this area. Popular dishes like scallion pancakes, salted&pepper prawn and beef noodle soup were delicious!

If you are vegan, try their “Fish Flavored Eggplant.” Don’t get me wrong; It is a vegan dish; I know the name could be confusing, but it’s nothing about fish, the way the cuisine is made smells like a flavorful gravy, that’s why it is named fish-flavored, definitely worth to try it!

So good to go with a bowl of white rice!

I am also very impressed with how hospitable they are! Make me feel so welcome every time I went to their lovely restaurant.
