This has been a poor operation that has only gotten worse over time. Gonna try Vanco instead. Just awful. Every experience has been unpleasant for years.
Never receive notification that my prescription are ready .

Cvs Commack has a great team. They are very busy. But find the time to help
Do not come to this CVS @ all the min you walk in they start following you thinking your going to steal smh never judge a person what so ever bec let me tell you something I’m very wealthy and can buy the entire store
Store is 24hr. Sounds good, but it just means they are perpetual out of stock on common things. Like feminine products, over the counter kids medicine, diapers, etc... The things people need @ 2am. Very understaffed it seems. Sometimes its hard to find the cashier when its late. Self checkout is glitchy, make a mistake and you will require help to complete the transaction, but then where is anyone to help?
I feel bad for the people working at the pharmacy. They always seem understaffed and overwhelmed. Last time I was there, they had gotten to the point where the literally weren't answering any phone calls so they could try to keep up with the walk ins. Not to mention they tried charging me almost $300 for a medication I was able to get from an independent pharmacy a few miles away for a fifth of the price.
Over an hour holding for someone in the pharmacy to pick up, really? I cannot believe that, it is completely ludicrous that customer has to hold for over an hour to speak with someone. I hung up once it passed 1 hour 30 minutes, I was too disgusted.
