This tiny but hidden treasure serves some of the most delicious ramen I have ever eaten. Be prepared to wait awhile before you get seated, about 20 minutes, but it’s worth it. I usually can never finish a whole bowl, but today I did. The pork gyoza and the teriyaki chicken ramen were delicious. I would love to come back again.

Visiting my brother again and he took me to Noodle Boulevard. Service was friendly and food was tasty. We started with pork belly buns .He had the curry chicken ramen and I had the tonkotsu ramen. I would definitely go back.

We tried this just because we wanted ramen and it was close. What a gem though. Service was fast and food was really great. We had the gyoza which was cooked perfectly and I did curry ramen and my wife did beef. Both were great. The restaurant itself is pretty tight so you may be sharing a table with complete strangers and you are likely to have to wait outside if it's busier since there's little to no room to wait inside. But they turn over tables quickly so it might not be as bad as it looks. We will definitely be back

Ordered chicken curry ramen, recommended by the waitress. Tasted good. No better than some other places but better than most places, i guess. Great service. Went there busy time so atmosphere? Busy atmosphere. Close from 2-5pm in the middle of the day. So if you are going, check your time.

Delicious, complex flavor, and speedy service! We came here on a busy Saturday afternoon and were seated quickly. The short rib ramen and black garlic ramen were as good as they look in the pictures. Hefty portions, gluten free noodle options, and a cozy indoor bar as well as outdoor seating. This is our first time here—we’ll definitely be back!

Had some great noodles and soft shell crab. Really enjoyable place small but good especially on a Sunday at lunch. Looks more of a small party spot not for large groups but the food is delicious. Stop by and get some.

I had a fantastic experience at Noodles Blv in Cary! The ambiance was inviting and created a pleasant dining atmosphere. The food was not only tasty but also of great quality. The extensive menu offered a variety of dishes to choose from, ensuring ample options for different preferences. Overall, a delightful dining destination for those seeking both a wonderful ambiance and delicious Ramen

Honestly such a wonderful experience overall. I read some of the other reviews and I do agree parking is difficult because the store and parking lot footprint are so small, but, you can’t really hold that against them. The food was all so amazing! OMG … the flavors … it honesty made me realize how so many other food dining experiences lack actual flavor. You really need to give this place a try. They were packed, which is a good sign obviously, and they do a great job getting ppl seated as quickly as possible. Service was fantastic with a small flaw of repeatedly forgetting part of our appetizer order three times (we got 3/6 served up front then they forgot the other 3 twice, so we ended up getting the last three towards the end of our meal). I had the beef ramen with two eggs (eggs cost extra) … so amazingly delicious (I devoured the entire large bowl). We had fried enoki (mushrooms) and fried baby veggie rolls as the appetizers, both delicious. We were a party of 9 and everyone enjoyed their meals and experience. Friendly service with a smile. We will be back!
