The Bread (Pan Sobao) is not the same when they 1st started & a couple years back like 2022 it was still the same tasted good just like Puerto Rico bread... but I went there last week & the bread is NOT the same taste Sadly.
It lost their authentic Puerto Rico taste, I asked my friend to try it out to see if it was me & she also said it's not the same.
The pastries didn't have good filing in it like the Quesito's & the Nutella 1's & originals 1's they was dry.
The ONLY GOOD TASTING DESERT WAS THE Tornillos & FLAN EL DE COCO & QUESO the small ones are, Soo Delicious! Must have & try it out again!!
But I just wish that what ever they have changed on the ingredients for the bread that it was kept the same 😔

One of the best places to get authentic Puerto Rican pan Sobao. Sandwiches and pastries are excellent. Stop by, you won't be disappointed.

Tasty bakery. Good coffee and pastries while waiting for your car to get fixed next door.

I came for the Puerto Rican bread and ended up getting a BLT it was the size of the bread ($9.25) im thinking I’m not gonna finish this but that’s why you only see one half of the sandwich. Lol it was absolutely delicious, fresh and made quickly. I also bought a desert tembleque (small) $2.75 very creamy and made perfectly. If you know how it’s supposed to taste you know this one was perfect. The bathroom was cleaned and had a lock so ask for the key. Can’t wait to come back over here!

Super little Puerto Rican Bakery in Newark. The most delicious coffee, bread, and typical Puerto Rican pastries at this spot. Do yourself a favor and get there quick. Very friendly service, clean bathrooms, and a very steady business there so you know it's the spot to be.
