They don't give attention to the customer
They don't even deserve a single star for the kind of service they give to the customer. The staff is useless and they don't know how to treat the customer. They do the work as per their own convenience. The staff is always ready to fight with the customer. Not at all recommended to visit this specific branch of jio store.
Had gone with porting request to Jio from existing network. The service is really fast and the attendents were very knowledgeable. After this experience I can understand why Jio is getting so many new customers.
Update after 4 yrs - they still remain customer friendly and fast

Irresponsible staff they don't have customer's time value....they are not willing to give the bill... They give duplicate product... fraud staff.... avoid to visiting there if going then be alert #reliance jio
This is a Jio outlet, and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. Good place to go to for any issues related to your Jio product, including recharges, repairs or replacement of defective devices.
Small shop having Jio franchise alongwith having AC's, LED TV and mobiles for selling. This shop is located just next to Mohit medical store, a few meters from Sanatan Dharam mandir in Sec 46 Chd. Went to buy edmi Note Pro 6 and dealing of the boys was ok.
Friendly people. They pick your call and guide you well incase you can't locate them. I'd a sim issue, they checked it and replaced without any hassle. As said it started working within 30 minutes. 5 star
All recharge and new connection service's are provided here. All jeo mobile hand set and Dongle is available. Staff is cooperative. All issues relating to jeo are solved here. Though space is congested but service is good. I like it.
