Not sure what's going with this restaurant but before their food and service was consistent both at restaurant and delivery, but within these few months, I have received food that was bland, wrong orders and lastly, and I will never order from here again, they never fulfilled an order placed thru Grubhub.
After 45 minutes, waiting for my order to arrive, I decided to call the restaurant. The employee told me the order was never started, as they were short staffed. Had only 2 employees.
She claimed they will beging preparing it and out for delivery soon. 30 minutes passed by and not one single notice saying it was completed or on its way. Had to cancel the complete order.
I would like to give you another try but what's going on with not processing orders and being short staffed on a Sunday, during lunch time ? 🤔

I would give 5 stars but They once sent me Cold maduros and cold rice. But besides that the food is not bad.
Best Dominican restaurant I’ve tried so far. The food is very good, the staff is very nice too.
I've been to this place before and the food and choices of food were much better before. The rice is still good, but the chicken was not seasoned like it used to be. The quality went down a bit.
I was not feeling so I decided to order in. I called to place a delivery order and an hour after ordering my food was still not here. I called the restaurant and a woman picked up and gave me attitude saying I had to wait because they were very busy. ( and yet I asked nicely ). 2 hours and 10 minutes later I call back and ask for an ETA. AND THIS PERSON DOES NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE WAIT. All she said was oh well we were busy but I guess I’ll see if your order left, she places me on hold and then comes back and says yeah I’ll send it now.
IT IS NOT A PLACE ID RECOMMEND FOR DELIVERY OR SERVICE IN GENERAL
The right thing to do was warn a person that they have a high volume of delivery orders and kindly advise the wait time before taking any orders. The right thing to do was check on the order first thing and ensure it left. The right thing to do was say “hey I’m sorry you had to wait 2 hours but I’ll check on it right away”
I do not care how much your pay rate is at a job. It cost $0 to be nice

The restaurant looks nice and everything but I had a horrible experience. I got food poisoned, I ate meat with plantains, hours later I started throwing up and had sharp stomach pain. And that was the only thing I ate that day 5/27/23. I guess they leave their food out for a long time or mix it with the food from the day before. I asked the lady that works there for a cup of water and she rolled over her eyes and then she gave it to me. Overall I suggest it’s not a good restaurant!!!

The best part of my meal was the natural pineapple juice. I decided to try something new and went with their Chorizo Tumbarranchos. Sad to say but I wouldn't order that again.
