I worked directly with Yael Goldman and Lauren Devine to purchase my dream apartment. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide me throughout the process. Having some real estate background myself, I actually didn’t foresee the unexpected anxiety that comes with being a first time buyer. They helped alleviate my unexpected stress and were beyond patient and understanding with all my questions and concerns. They were there for me every step of the way. I felt supported from the time I put in an offer all the way until closing. And at the end of the day, they were also great company!
Michelle Sciaretta is a sweetheart, she was my realtor agent last march and she was great. She went above and beyond to find me a nice apartment home with everything that I needed. In the future whenever I need it, she is my go to, excellent service.
No way to reply to you on here! It was about a week ago on a weekday, Ozone Park 101 Ave office. Approx 430pm after work. The lady who answered the phone, said she could help, then couldn't, or wouldn't help me at all. I told her my 2 agents left, & there was property I wanted to rent, right behind old house. She THEN said she would have to get someone else to call me. Never did. No wonder my agents left! Nobody cares, unless maybe you have thousands of dollars to buy a home from them. Renting obviously is chump change, so why bother with us crumbs?
My partner and I had the pleasure to work with Michele Sciaretta in finding our new apartment. Michele was incredibly professional, engaged and my favorite: communicative. She let us know everything we needed to know and guided us throughout the whole process. We could not have done this without Michele, and we are so grateful for her assistance, patience and expertise. I recommend working with Michele as she is a lovely person and helped things go smoothly. Thanks Michele!
John and his team were a great pleasure to work with. They are professional and respectful and always responded in a timely manner. John always has a positive attitude and made selling our beloved home seamless. Any questions or concerns we had were resolved immediately. His rapport with other professionals involved is impeccable. I highly recommend John and his team.
I has been an absolute pleasure working with Max Levy. My unit stood open with another relator for 1 year in this 'hot' market. After I disengaged with that realtor, Max stepped in and helped me. He took out professional pictures and worked swiftly to get prospective buyers to view the property. Within 2 weeks of listing, I was under contract. He was professional, reliable and went above and beyond to ensure my unit was sold in the time frame I wanted it sold. He held my hand through every part of the process. I am grateful to him. EVERYONE NEEDS TO REQUEST FOR MAX LEVY to be their relator. HE IS AMAZING!!!
I recently used Keller Williams Liberty specifically John Dibs for the sale of our family home. What a great experience! KW staff were so prompt and responsive calling me to arrange visits - always with a smile. John Dibs' experience, and professionalism were beyond measure. He had our best interests at heart, and was available 24/7. I trusted John without hesitation and felt l was in great hands. I was lucky to have such an important transaction/experience handled with 100% knowledge, kindness and accuracy in every facet of the sale. When in need of buying or selling your home - reach out to John Dibs - you will get the best service!
John Dibs is an experienced, professional realtor that made the sale of my mother's house extremely efficient and smooth. Photos of the property were excellent which contributed to a quick sale. He was responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him for the sale of your property.
