I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from this place, as I didn't eat anything unusual that day except a beef sandwich. This is the second day I've been nauseous and it won't stop. Too bad I didn't read the reviews later. Refrain from going to this place!
I would also add that the service is very long. These poor sandwiches were lying in a pile ready, but no one collected the order for 20 minutes. They also have problems with politeness.

Very poor quality of food. Advertisement and what they made in reality were very different. Disappointed, do not recommend

This restaurant is THE WORST, absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I placed an order on wolt. They accepted the and then after waiting over an hour for the food, they canceled the order on me like my families dinner plans are some kind of joke. No integrity at all.
….and to make things worse. When you go to the actual restaurant they have an 3 meter sign in from of the restaurant advertising a sale and when you go to the register they charge you a more expensive price and say “sorry that is an old sign”, ok then take it down. EAT ANYWHERE ELSE IN BATUMI!!! Save yourself a headache.

I may not be the master at Turkish food, but god that was awful. Ate the most expensive dish on the menu and well, it was actually nothing near to a normal meal (pics included) - thinnest meat and so much bread (I think it was bread, tasted weird). The meal was so greasy, I had to pick up meat carefully. I really think, we should think over, what we eat and why this place exists. Can’t believe what I’m saying, but you’d better eat fast food nearby (Burger King, Dunkin). I’m quite sure, the dog owners won’t let their pets eat the meal you see on pictures. For the record, the staff was fantastic - polite, nice, helpful. They deserve better place to work at.
I'm very tolerant person in case of food quality and taste. Unfortunately we spent lot of money and got really BAD quality food. No taste, waited more than 25 minutes. Unfortunately I can no recomend this place. Hopefulty they will improve some day. For an owners: please understood that quality is key point!!!

I lentil soup and knafen were nothing special, but I really enjoyed kafta. Kofta patties were perfectly cooked, tomato souse was very balanced, yoghurt was very fresh, and pita bread bed was a nice touch.

extremally slow service! we were waiting for more than 45 minutes! in the order was missed one doner. rice was like a plastic! not recommended!
