I had the worst experience of my life here. Unprofessional staff and everything in the worst possible way
Staff behavior is not friendly, room service is very weak. Breakfast is moderate and our one bedroom room was big but not clean.
This is definitely not a 4-star hotel and I've been in 3-star hotels better than this. The rooms are small and the floor is dirty. We even found some dirt spots on the towel they gave us. The breakfast is OK, though. I've got a room here when it was cheap. So if you can find a deal, it's ok, but other than that, don't bother.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It had the worst quality of any facility I ever used. There was even a power outage for an hour and there was no emergency power. Awful coffee shop, the worst place to buy entertainment tickets. The transfer did not even came and he said I forgot, take a taxi yourself and bring the bill. Bicycles are of poor quality and they don’t even care for lubrication. Rooms full of defects, awful cleanliness. The offensive behavior of the staff was worse than all of the above.
The hotel is a 5 star and good located hotel with good behavior employees.
It has indoor pool and size of rooms are large.
Breakfast was not in level of 5 star hotels but at all I was satisfied with my stay during 3 nights that I was there with my family.

Overall it was an ok hotel. Not the five star they say it is, but still pretty good. Their breakfast is huge and delicious. The rooms are nice and clean. But it doesn't have a few things (e.g iron etc..) our balcony door wouldn't open so it was pretty useless. The pool was huge and nice. The lobby was clean and outside the hotel you can rent bikes. It was close to everything like malls ( kish trade centre, zaytoon, paradise 1 and 2 and much more) the beach was also very close, walking distance. Overall it was nice. 😀
