DISHONEST TRAP FOR TOURISTS
The guys here change the prices for tourists and double it minimum then, even when a price was indicated on the product they ask you for a different amount when it’s time to pay. Also it’s called a Gallery but it’s not, it’s just a shop. Don’t go to this place, it’s a trap for tourists. I confirm the negative reviews posted before

Very nice store, lots of souvenirs to choose from. No pressure of sales, but little room to negotiate. You can get a better deal if pay cash. Still, nice to have such quantity to choose from in one place. Check out the other Hernandez stores for slightly different inventories. I would shop there again.

This store has every souvenir you could imagine. Prices are firm but reasonable. Try a different store if you’re looking to haggle. $300 for backpacks, $250 for large stuffed animals.

Please do not support or do business with this company! They are dishonest people who steal your money! We are a small business from O/S who ordered dream catchers from this company and never received the product. It was a very large amount of money and after many unanswered phone calls and emails we had to fly back to Tulum to find out what happened to our order and money. We were confronted with aggressive staff and as we continued to ask about our order more men arrived and the vibe got extremely heavy. We have not returned back to this store but have since found another local family who can supply us with artisan crafted product who are honest and genuine! PLEASE PLEASE do not shop here as they are scammers and thieves and very aggressive if you don't receive your order.

La gallerie Hernandez est très joliment présentée. Le choix des souvenirs est très large et il y en a pour tout les goûts.
Malheureusement quelques produits sont très poussiéreux et parfois certain sont en mauvais état. Le gérant ne négocie également pas les prix contrairement à la plupart des autres commerçants plus modestes de l'avenue de Tulum.

I had a bad experience here! I paid for a mirrow Oct 17. With shipping!!! It's yet to arrive. They won't even answer the phone!
