Probably one the best smoked burgers I have ever had. The meats just melts in your mouth and the sauce and the grilled onions are just perfect combo. Don’t forget to try their hot sauce it’s perfect

Food wise.. Turkish style quality burgers here are great. Not much spices, its just salt and pepper.. we took the 220 gm burgers since we we’re extremely hungry! We have really like the meat quality and cooking method. Mine was the classic bun as you see.. other recommendations would be truffle burger and baltazar burger! The fries are also nice..
service wise.. the onion rings finished when we were there around 9.. the waitress was not really nice to make it up for us.. prices are average.. drinks are expensive just like any other burger place..

3 stars for the service because the guy as usual forget to smile but the burger is amazing. I m thinking of going today again . Ask for a cheeseburger with 200 grms meat not 150 . Don't be F*^*^ stingy and enjoy you food .. facing it there is a store where you can. Buy beer or sigarettes or anything .. my favorite store . A photo of the facing store is included

If you are ever in Istanbul YOU MUST COME HERE! The burgers are amazing and juicy and flavourful, the chips are so delicious and perfectly cooked and the atmosphere around the streets is brilliant. On our 5 day holiday we have visited twice and will be visiting a third time. Something I have also discovered is delicious is the mediterranean salad THE FETA CHEESE IS SO CREAMY and delicious. Must go!!!
3.5*: Good location, food came quickly but the service was a little slow as they only gave us our drinks after we had received our burgers and were halfway done. The burgers were alright, the chicken burger lacked something and had lot of bread for the amount of chicken but the Texas one was good. Waiter did not speak any English so if you have questions you might need to use Google translate.

while it definitely not my 1st place to have a burger in istanbul, the popularity is well understood. the meat of v.good quality and juicy and the toppings are not wild but they live a good impression once you have your 1st bite.
while I usually don't like it when I get my burger cut in half before I handle it I will let this one pass because, it tasted good.

Nice place. Lots of reviews mention this location is better than its Izmir location but I disagree. The Izmir restaurant in my opinion is much nicer and more comfortable. Still great food and definitely recommend for meat lovers. The street its in is also beautiful so even if you're not into Baltazars brand of food, it's worth coming to this hidden gem of a corner.
